We are currently offering reservations for indoor and heated outdoor dining to enjoy our Chef's Tasting Menu.

Attire is smart casual. We request that vegans, or guests with allergies or dietary restrictions, notify us a minimum of 48-hours in advance of your reservation.

Chef's Counter

Settle into the Chef's Counter at Gravitas. An exclusive dining experience permits you and a guest an up-close-and-personal look at our kitchen in action.

This elevated event allows diners to feel the energy of the kitchen while exploring Chef Matt Baker's inspired, seasonal, and continuously evolving menu offerings. The tasting menu at the Chef's Counter is a unique and atypical experience and is not offered to other diners during your visit. 

The Chef's Counter is a highly interactive 15-course tasting experience, presented by the Gravitas Chef team. This experience is limited to two guests due to space. Please email info@gravitasdc about securing a Chef Counter experience in our main dining room for 3 or more guests! In the unfortunate event, you have to cancel your chef's counter reservation, we kindly request 72 hours advanced notice to receive a full refund. Click here to make your reservation.

Private Dining

For reservations with 13 or more guests, we request that the guest submit a request to the events manager via the fillable form below. 

All sales are final and non-refundable. You can always reschedule for a different date or transfer your reservation to another person within 48 hours of reservation.
